• Schedule Highlights: 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift

Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• AWHONN Intermediate certification or CEFM required
• Experience caring for laboring patients and newborns immediately after delivery
• Experience circulating and recovering C-section patients
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring patients and their newborns
• Support vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&C procedures, cerclage, and tub labor
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Assist with immediate newborn care following delivery
• Circulate and recover C-section patients as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and unit support staff to maintain a smooth workflow
• Document accurately using unit-based charting systems
• Float first when needed per unit policy
• Promote a positive patient experience through shared decision-making and attentive communication
