Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a High Risk OB/Labor & Delivery travel position requiring a TN or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent L&D specialty experience.

Details

• Work in the High Risk OB unit of a large hospital setting
• 13-week travel assignment
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Active RN license (TN or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Labor & Delivery/High Risk OB
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Fetal Monitoring certification (AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced, or NCCEFM) required
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card from the American Academy of Pediatrics, Advanced 9th Edition required
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide skilled nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients
• Facility recognized with an 'A' Hospital Safety Score from the Leapfrog Group and Joint Commission accreditation
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• First-time travelers may be considered
