• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,620 - $1,700
• Schedule Notes: Weekends and on-call may be available upon approval

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients strongly preferred
• Immediate newborn care experience required
• Circulating experience preferred for obstetric procedures
• Current BLS certification
• Advanced Life Support certification
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-acuity, patient-centered healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Support vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, D&Cs, cerclage procedures, and C-hyst cases as needed
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Assist with immediate newborn care and transition after delivery
• Collaborate closely with physicians, charge nurses, and the care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow unit protocols
• Float as needed to related maternal and neonatal areas based on unit needs
