Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn (LDRP) settings
• Manage high-risk labor including Pitocin titration and fetal monitoring interpretation
• Circulate C-sections and participate in neonatal resuscitation as needed
• Deliver postpartum and couplet care with patient ratios of 1:1 labor and 3:1 couplet care
• Float within Women's Services as operationally required
• Utilize EMR systems including GE Centricity Perinatal (CPN) and Medhost for orders, charges, and medication scanning

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Demonstrated competency in high-risk labor management, Pitocin titration, fetal monitoring interpretation, neonatal resuscitation, and postpartum/couplet care
• Ability to circulate C-sections

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification and STABLE certification
• Previous experience in a rural hospital setting
• Experience working within an LDRP care model
