• Floating Areas: Mother Baby, Women’s Surgery
• Unit Highlights: 13 L&D beds plus 3 triage beds, with established team support and AWHONN-aligned staffing ratios

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience with fetal monitoring and Labor & Delivery workflow preferred
• Comfort working in a fast-paced women’s health and maternity care environment
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to laboring, recovering, and antepartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
• Support newborn care at delivery when needed
• Collaborate with physicians, OB techs, and the interdisciplinary care team to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation using unit EMR systems
• Float to Mother Baby and Women’s Surgery as assigned
• Contribute to a culture of caring, compassion, and professionalism
