**Exciting Opportunity for Travel Labor and Delivery RN!** **Job Description:** - **Position:** RN Labor and Delivery - **Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (50/50 scheduling flexibility - combinations of PM and AM shifts) - **Contract Duration:** 12 weeks - **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 18 (15 labor rooms, 3 triage bays, and 2 OR’s) - **Staff Size:** 33.45 nurses - **Night Shift Staffing:** 1 charge nurse, 1 OB tech, ½ clerk, and 3-4 RNs - **Patient Ratios:** 1:1 or 1:2 - **Equipment:** Fetal Monitor, Labor beds, Delivery tables, etc. - **EMR System:** Epic - **Core Requirements:** - **Must Have:** - At least 2 years of L&D experience - Ability to circulate C-sections - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with Epic charting - Proficiency in High Risk OB - **Typical Procedures:** - Inductions, vaginal deliveries, C-sections - Antepartum, High Risk OB, Magnesium Sulfate, Insulin Drips - **Best Personality Fit:** - Dependable and team-oriented - **Required Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS, AWHONN, NRP - **Additional Information:** - Weekend Requirements: Up to 4 weekend shifts a month - Floating Area(s): May float to postpartum if needed - Dress Code: Hospital-provided laundered scrubs at the beginning of every shift **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
