### Exciting Opportunity for Labor and Delivery RN! **Job Description:** - **Location:** Nashville, Tennessee - **Unit Name:** Labor & Delivery - **Number of Beds:** 12 - **Patient Ratios:** 1:2 - **Unit Staffing:** RNs, unit secretary, OR techs - **Documentation Systems:** CPN, Meditach - **Scheduling Requirements:** - 3 weekend shifts - 1 call shift for RNs - 2 call shifts for techs - 3 twelve-hour shifts - **Floating Policy:** Travelers float first - **Patient Experience Requirement:** Shared decision making **Hospital Specifics:** - **Certifications Required for RNs:** - NRP - ACLS - BLS - AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM - **Required Skills:** - 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience - Care of the laboring patient - Care of the newborn immediately after delivery - Circulating and recovery for c/s patients - **Procedures Performed on Unit:** - Vaginal deliveries - C-sections - D&C - Cerclage - Epidural anesthesia **Dress Code:** - Required uniform: Scrubs in Ceil Blue, Navy Blue, or Gray (not provided by the hospital) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
