**Join Our Dynamic L&D Team!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 322 E Murdock St, Wichita, KS 67214 - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Unit Type:** Birthing Center L&D - **Number of Beds:** 29 - **Staffing:** - Day Shift: 1 CNC/Charge, 3-4 RNs - Night Shift: 1 CNC/Charge, 2-3 RNs - **Patient Ratios:** 4-6:1 - **Equipment:** Welch Allen vitals machines, CPN monitors, POC Glucose monitoring - **EMR System:** Meditech / CPN **What We're Looking For:** - **Minimum Requirements:** - 1+ year of current acute care postpartum experience - BLS & NRP certifications - **Preferred Skills:** - OB experience - Med-surg experience - GYN experience **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Post-operative gynecological surgeries - Urogynecology surgeries - Ectopic pregnancies - High-risk pregnancies requiring hospitalization (PPROM, Preeclampsia, Previa, PTL, etc.) - Fetal monitoring (NSTs) - GYN oncology post-op - Women’s health med-surg - Post-partum NICU moms - Readmitted post-partum complications **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Positive attitude - Hard worker - Enjoys staying busy - Strong patient care experience is a priority **Unit Guidelines/Policies:** - Must follow HCA ICARE standards of behavior. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
