**Join Our Dynamic Maternal Infant Unit as a Labor and Delivery Nurse!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant Maternal Infant Unit with a focus on patient-centered care. - Engage with a passionate and dedicated team of 71 staff members ensuring the best outcomes for mothers and newborns. - Work in an environment that boasts: - 24 beds for optimal patient care. - Patient ratios: - Labor: 1:1 (most of the time) - Post-partum: 5-6:1 - Nursery: 5-6:1. - Use state-of-the-art equipment, including GE fetal monitors. - Utilize Meditech and CPN for efficient electronic medical records management. - Participate in typical procedures such as: - Vaginal deliveries - C-sections - Antepartum care - Newborn and post-partum care. **Candidate Qualifications:** - Must have: - A minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery experience. - Preferred qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in an LDRP setting with high birth volumes. - Required Certifications: - BLS - ACLS - NRP - AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification. **Dress Code:** - Navy blue scrubs. - MIU nurses wear pink badges for infant security. **Additional Information:** - Work schedule includes: - Every third weekend. - 12 hours of call per 4-week schedule. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
