This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic team while providing outstanding care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced environment. **Position Highlights:** - **Role:** RN in Labor and Delivery - **Shift:** 7 PM - 7 AM - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 - **Weekend Hours:** 5-6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule - **Call Requirements:** No scheduled call, flex down according to unit census - **Openings:** 1 **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 16 - **Patient Ratios:** Per AWHONN guidelines - **EHR System:** GE Centricity/Paragon - **Supervisor:** Sheena Hall - **Patient Population:** Maternity and neonatal **Qualifications:** - **Years of Experience:** 2 years minimum in Labor and Delivery - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - 2+ years of labor and delivery experience - Couplet care and LDRP experience - Some NICU experience - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification (advanced preferred) - **Required Certifications:** NRP, BLS, Fetal Monitoring **Additional Information:** - **Float Requirements:** Not required but may float to task/secretary if needed - **Dress Code:** Scrub color to be determined; please avoid unacceptable attire **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
