Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Epic experience required
• Postpartum experience required
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care
• Support patients and families with education, compassion, and clinical expertise during the childbirth process
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, obstetric care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, coordinated care
• Accurately document care and use Epic for charting and workflow tasks
• Contribute to a positive patient experience in a collaborative maternal health unit
