Labor & Delivery RN Requirements
- AWHONN Fetal Monitoring experience required
- Must be comfortable floating to Postpartum/Couplet Care
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM
- Preferred: More than 2 years of L&D experience and Transition Nurse/Baby Catcher experience
- Key skills: NSTs, cervical exams, labor management, medication titration, and McRoberts maneuver
- Weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs
- Scheduled call is typically not required
Hospital-provided infant security scrubs required
