Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Postpartum nursing experience required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and flexibility for rotating shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and newborn status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support deliveries and assist with related clinical procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in Epic electronic health record systems
• Deliver education and emotional support to patients and families throughout the birth experience
• Contribute to a team-oriented healthcare environment focused on quality, professionalism, and flexibility
