**Exciting Opportunity for a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse!** - **Position:** Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse - **Assignment Length:** 13 or 26 Weeks - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Shift:** 3x12 or 4x12 Nights - **Years of Experience:** 1 - **First Timers Accepted:** Yes - **Certifications Required:** - BLS - ACLS - AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced - NRP - **Skills Required:** - Charge Nurse experience preferred or willingness to train - **On-call Requirement:** No - **Weekend Requirement:** Yes - every other - **Floating Requirement:** May float to like units if needed - **Block Schedule Accommodation:** No - **Local Candidates:** Not Accepted - Candidates must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility - **Pending License:** Accepted - must have license in hand for Auto Offer - **RTO Restrictions:** Time off approved individually upon offer; all RTO must be included in submission - **Guaranteed Hours:** 60 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks **Unit Information:** - OB Triage/Testing: 5-10 - Labor/Delivery/Antepartum: 7-14 - High-Risk Labor and Delivery Unit - 10 OB Triage Rooms, 10 LDR Rooms, 3 OR Suites, 4 PACU Rooms - Average Daily Deliveries: Around 7, but can have up to 14 with inductions and high-risk antepartum - OB Triage averages 4-5 third trimester testing patients, plus an influx of triage patients daily **Facility Information:** - Type of Facility: Acute Hospital - Magnet Facility, Level II Trauma - Total Staffed Beds: 407 - Scrub Color: Provided - **Charting:** Epic - **Parking Cost:** Free **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
