**Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced L&D RN!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery (L&D), Postpartum, and Newborn care! - Be a part of an environment that welcomes an average of 40 deliveries each month, including around 6 C-sections. - Participate in the Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative (BFHI) while providing exceptional care to mothers and infants. - Opportunity to serve as a Charge Nurse after completing charge nurse training, enhancing your leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn settings. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and babies. - May require flexibility to float to other departments based on qualifications and competencies. **Experience & Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care in a healthcare setting. - Required Certifications: - American Heart Association ACLS OR ALSO - BLS - NRP - AWHONN Advanced FHM (RNC-EFM may be substituted for AWHONN FHM) **Shift Information:** - 12-Hour Day shifts with required flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. - Must be comfortable covering vacation and staffing needs as necessary. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
