Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring NC or compact RN licensure and preferred travel experience.

Details

• Work in the Labor and Delivery/OB unit of a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
• Required to work every other weekend
• MEDITECH EMR used, though prior experience is not required

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand, not pending
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 2 years of RN experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year current relevant experience with documented work history covering 3 years prior to consideration
• Current license/certification with no active disciplinary action
• 2 supervisory references required
• Copy of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to laboring and postpartum OB patients
• Local candidates accepted at the standard rate
• RTO should be kept to a minimum and must be approved by the facility prior to offer
