Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (3x12s) Competitive Pay Package ________________________________________ ✨ Why You’ll Love This Assignment • Work in vibrant Austin, TX – live music, amazing food & great lifestyle • High-acuity Level IV L&D unit with strong team support • ⚕️ 1:1 – 1:2 patient ratios for safe, quality care • Opportunity to gain experience in a high-volume, fast-paced unit • Collaborative environment with experienced leadership ________________________________________ ⏰ Schedule Details • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM • 13-week contract • Rotating weekends required • ❌ No on-call requirements ________________________________________ Unit Highlights • 32-bed Labor & Delivery Unit • ~150 staff members • Patient Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 • EMR: Meditech • Equipment: Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, Ultrasound • Procedures: o Vaginal Deliveries (SVD) o C-Sections o Cerclage o TOLAC ________________________________________ ✅ Requirements (Must-Have) • Minimum 2+ years of L&D experience • Strong experience with: o EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) o SVE competency o C-section circulation • Certifications Required: o BLS (AHA) o ACLS o NRP o STABLE o Intermediate Fetal Monitoring ________________________________________ ⭐ Preferred Qualifications • Internal fetal monitoring placement • Previous HCA experience • Experience in Level IV or high-volume units ________________________________________ ⚕️ Ideal Candidate • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment • Strong clinical and communication skills ________________________________________ Dress Code • Scrub Color: Navy Blue • Solid blue/black/grey jackets allowed • ❌ No t-shirts ________________________________________ Important Submission Notes • ❌ Local candidates within 50 miles will NOT be accepted • Full SSN required for submission • RTO must be disclosed upfront
