Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with license verification
• Strong clinical skills in obstetric nursing, maternal assessment, and fetal monitoring
• Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Commitment to patient safety, compassionate care, and professional nursing practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support patients and families throughout the labor and delivery process with education and reassurance
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, quality care
• Administer medications and perform clinical interventions according to established care plans and protocols
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every patient and family
