Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive nursing care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist in managing high-risk obstetrical cases and providing specialized care.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes in delivery settings.
• Manage and operate medical equipment, including Alaris and CADD epidural pumps.
• Participate in ongoing education and maintain certifications in ACLS, NRP, BLS, and AWHONN IFM.
• Engage in self-scheduling to enhance team coordination and patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in High Risk OB settings.
• Current certifications in ACLS, NRP, BLS, and AWHONN Intermediate EFM.
• Experience with PASD and massive transfusion protocols preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on collaborative care.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly engaged team.
