Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 91-day assignment. Weekend coverage required. Float to Postpartum as needed. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week period.

Highlights:

• High-risk perinatal care in a Level III facility with comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU
• 19 labor and delivery beds, 10 antepartum beds, 30 postpartum beds, 3 ORs, 2 PACU, and 7-bay triage
• Staffing ratios: 1:1 in labor, 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support, 1:2-3 in antepartum
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• Experience in facilities handling 100-300 deliveries per month preferred
• 40 hours of paid orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Must be proficient in sterile vaginal exams (hardstop requirement)
• Experience with high-risk deliveries, neonatal resuscitation, cesarean sections, and comprehensive L&D skills
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• Two professional references covering one year within the last three years required
• Clean background check required
