• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Charting System: EPIC
• Float Expectation: May float within scope to support other units as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS and NRP required
• EPIC experience required
• Preferred certifications: STABLE, AWHONN, and ACLS
• Experience with antepartum, L&D, LDRP, mother/baby, and level 1 nursery care
• Ability to support a variety of obstetric and newborn care procedures
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holiday rotation as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean recovery, and high-risk obstetric support
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and complete essential obstetric assessments
• Support antepartum, triage, and mother/baby patient care within scope
• Perform and assist with procedures such as IV starts, sterile vaginal exams, and newborn assessments
• Educate and support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow established unit protocols
