• End Date: February 1, 2027
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,050 - $2,160
• Unit: Level 4 Labor & Delivery
• Patient Ratio: 1:1 on days and nights
• Orientation: 36 hours
• Float Requirement: May be required to float to antepartum and other units as needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active RN license in hand at the time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced required; NCC C-EFM accepted in lieu of AWHONN Advanced
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with IV starts and Labor & Delivery nursing care required
• Education from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program required
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred
• Must provide 2 professional references, including at least 1 from a manager, director, or other formal leader
• RTO must be submitted with application

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care in a high-volume Labor & Delivery environment
• Support antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and recovery care as needed
• Perform labor assessments, fetal monitoring, and interventions for obstetric patients
• Assist with cesarean deliveries and cesarean recovery care
• Manage IV therapy, medication administration, and infusion monitoring
• Monitor and respond to fetal heart rate patterns and obstetric emergencies
• Support vaginal deliveries, postpartum hemorrhage management, and newborn transition care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary women’s health and infants care team to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and follow facility protocols and standards
