Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Issaquah, WA 98029

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Issaquah, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 4x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30). Staffing ratio 1:1-3. Float to Post-Partum and potentially other sister facilities based on skill set and facility needs. Contract options available for 13 or 26 weeks.

Highlights:

• Only required to work 1 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas/Eve, New Year's/Eve) with ability to request up to 2 major holidays off
• 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms serving low and high-risk antepartum, labor and delivery, and GYN surgical patients
• Facility performs 200-300 births per month with full range of obstetrical services including high-risk deliveries and C-sections
• First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience and certifications
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• Epic charting system experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Experience with blood/blood products administration, epidural pumps, PCA pumps, magnesium sulfate therapy, insulin drips, and high-risk deliveries
• Skills in circulating for C-sections, triage of obstetrical patients, sterile vaginal exams, and use of IUPC placement and calibration
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
