Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license before start date
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Ability to work night shift nursing schedules and every other weekend
• Comfortable floating within the hospital as needed
• References required at submission
• Must reside outside the local radius requirement

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Support patients and families throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum transition
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and the clinical team to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow Labor & Delivery unit protocols
• Assist with routine unit coverage and floating assignments within scope
• Deliver patient-centered care in a dynamic and supportive hospital environment
