• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160 - $2,270
• Setting: Labor & Delivery unit with triage, antepartum, postpartum support, and gynecologic surgical care
• Location: Issaquah, WA 98029
• Schedule Notes: Holiday coverage may be required; travelers may be asked to float based on unit need

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Travel nurse experience preferred, but first-time travelers are accepted
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license must be in hand at submission if applicable
• Epic charting experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
• ACLS preferred
• Experience with obstetric triage, circulating for C-sections, and high-risk deliveries strongly preferred
• Ability to provide two professional references covering the last year of experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care to laboring patients and newborns
• Monitor patients for labor progression, preterm labor, and obstetric complications
• Assist with low-risk and high-risk deliveries, including attending deliveries as needed
• Provide triage, antepartum, postpartum, and operative support in a busy women's health environment
• Support procedures and therapies such as blood product administration, epidural management, magnesium sulfate, insulin therapy, and wound care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide care in alignment with unit standards and safety protocols
