Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina.

- Must have experience with a facility/unit handling 300+ births per month.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years; 3 years preferred.
- First-time travelers: Accepted, but must have experience in a large/high-volume setting.
- Required skills: Circulate, sterile vaginal exam, and immediate newborn care.
- Certifications:BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate, NRP.
- Ratio: 2:1; double labor assignments are common.
- Schedule:12-hour nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.
- Contract: 13–26 weeks.
- Weekend: Every other weekend; minimum 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
- Floating: Required as needed to the Special Maternity Care/high-risk OB unit.
- RTO: Maximum 7 days for auto-offer.
- RTO after booking:Not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Call-offs/additional RTO may result in cancellation and DNR.
- Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR.
- Orientation: 24 hours.
- Strong preference: RN with OR/circulate experience.
