• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,180 - $2,290
• Schedule: Night shift; weekend coverage required per unit needs; call required 1 shift every 6 weeks
• Charting: Epic preferred
• Floating: May float within like women and infants units to meet facility needs

RN Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• AWHONN Intermediate certification
• ACLS and STABLE certifications preferred or required per facility expectations
• Experience with Epic preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as scheduled
• Strong comfort level with women and infants care in a fast-paced clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and respond appropriately to changes in maternal or fetal status
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, high-risk deliveries, and related procedures
• Deliver patient education on labor, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and breastfeeding support
• Perform assessments, triage obstetrical patients, and prioritize care based on clinical need
• Support management of common Labor & Delivery conditions including pre-eclampsia, hemorrhage, prematurity, and multiple gestation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide safe, coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in unit workflow to support excellent patient outcomes
