Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend flexibility required. Patient ratio 2:1. Float to Mother/Baby unit as needed. Guaranteed hours with potential for one call-off per two-week pay period.
This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume, comprehensive Labor and Delivery unit caring for diverse patient populations from low-risk to complex, high-risk deliveries. You'll gain experience with advanced procedures including cesarean section circulation and recovery, postpartum hemorrhage management, blood transfusions, and internal fetal monitoring.
