Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring an active MA RN license and D/N rotation coverage.

Details

Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit assignment
13-week contract length
Day/Night rotation schedule
Every other weekend (EOW) coverage required
Every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
Uses Epic for charting

Requirements

Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)
Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
NRP certification preferred (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted; some facilities prefer AHA)
Primary source verification of license/certifications required within 30 days of start and upon expiration
Both NURSYS and BON verification required for nursing license
Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

Provide comprehensive nursing care within the Labor & Delivery unit
Flu vaccine required during flu season with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston, MA may be considered at a reduced rate
RTO must be identified prior to consideration for the assignment
