WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Camden, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in the labor and delivery unit.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and assist with deliveries, including C-sections.
  • Perform triage and assessments of obstetrical patients.
  • Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide post-partum care.
  • Ensure adherence to protocols for patient safety and infection control.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery.
  • Active New Jersey RN license.
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • Ability to circulate and scrub for C-sections.
  • Willingness to float among designated hospitals based on staffing needs.
  • Must pass the dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing the contract.
