Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a labor and delivery setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs and respond accordingly.
• Administer medications and IVs following established protocols.
• Document patient care and progress using the Cerner charting system.
• Ensure patient and family education and support throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• BLS, NRP certifications; ACLS and AWHONN Intermediate preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a labor and delivery setting.
• Experience in a critical access hospital is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Cerner charting systems.
• Exceptional communication and patient care skills.
