Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage high-risk labor and delivery interventions independently and adeptly.
• Conduct sterile vaginal examinations and oversee triage operations efficiently.
• Provide expert support and monitoring using EPIC for labor and delivery.
• Offer comprehensive neonatal and maternal care, including postpartum support.
• Ensure compliance with AWHONN standards and institutional protocols.
• Facilitate communication among healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in California or compact state license at submission.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing required.
• Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, NRP.
• Proficiency in using EPIC for electronic health records management.
• Experience with sterile vaginal exams and obstetric triage mandatory.
• Flexible to work weekends and float between mother-baby units as needed.
