Position Overview
Seeking an experienced L&D/OB RN who can work across Labor & Delivery, postpartum/OB, and provide couplet care. The RN will also need basic Med Surg skills to care for hysterectomy patients.
- L&D: 4 labor beds
- Triage: 4 beds
- Obstetric: 13 beds
- Orientation: 48 hours
- Night Ratio: 1:3
- Weekend Schedule: Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Float: Within the hospital as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of L&D experience — per position description
- Travel experience due to current unit skill mix
- L&D and postpartum experience
- Ability to provide couplet care
- Basic Med Surg skills for hysterectomy patients
- BLS
- FHM
- NRP
- AWHONN fetal monitoring
- Valid State or Compact RN license at submission
- 2 professional references completed within the last 2 years
- References must be from someone who worked with the candidate in a supervisory capacity
- Nursys report pulled within the last 7 days
- Copy of COVID vaccination card at submission, or facility exemption request if applicable
