Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Santa Rosa, CA 95405

Start Date: November 2, 2026

Location: Santa Rosa, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00); 4x12 schedule available upon request. Patient ratio 1:3. Floating to postpartum unit may be required. Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required (hard-stop requirement)
• Postpartum experience is required
• Required certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP
• Preferred certification: AWHONN Advanced
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Clean background check required (no Nursys or background hits accepted)
