Description

American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift assignment requiring 3+ years of high-risk L&D and couplet care experience.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit providing antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum/couplet care
• Responsibilities include circulating NSVDs and C-Sections
• Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 07:30
• Four weekend shifts (Friday and/or Saturday nights) required every 4-week schedule
• Floating to the Santa Monica Hospital Perinatal unit required as needed

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required (pending licenses not accepted)
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• 3+ years of Labor and Delivery experience in a high-risk facility required
• Couplet care experience required
• Academic setting experience preferred

Additional Information

• Care spans the full childbirth experience from antepartum through postpartum
• Navy scrubs required
• At least one previous travel assignment required for consideration
