Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor and Delivery – Lynwood, CA 90262

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Lynwood, California

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM. This is a 91-day travel assignment ending January 24, 2027. Overtime available after 40 hours per week. Includes 12-hour orientation period.

Highlights:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns during antepartum and postpartum periods
  • Utilize the full nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Provide direct patient care and guide patient and family education in a supportive Birthplace environment
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team while maintaining standards of care and patient safety
  • Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and treatment responses

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  • Labor and Delivery certification and specialty experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to work within scope of practice and maintain clinical standards
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to utilize chain of command appropriately
