Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Napa, California.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience required.
- First-time travelers accepted; seasoned travelers preferred.
- Active California RN license required.
- Pending licenses are not accepted.
- Every other weekend required.
- RTO limited to no more than 7 days.
- Must be willing to float to Med/Surg and Orthopedics as needed.
- Call may be required depending on patient census.
- Royal blue scrubs required.
- Must be flexible to support changing patient census and unit needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
- Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate care team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide care across assigned units, including Med/Surg and Orthopedics when floated.
- Participate in call coverage based on patient census and unit needs.
- Follow hospital policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling, weekend requirements, and changing patient volumes.
