About the Role

Join a high-performing Family Birth Place team providing evidence-based, compassionate care across the full continuum of labor and delivery. This role requires a strong, experienced RN comfortable in multiple areas including L&D, postpartum, and newborn care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
• Support couplet care (mother & newborn)
• Assist in OR and PACU settings as needed
• Monitor and manage high-risk and routine deliveries
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage
• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of L&D RN experience
• Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED)
• Active Colorado RN License or Compact License
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE Certifications (Required)
• Flu Vaccine required (or agreement to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and clinical adaptability

• CAPS background process required (can take up to 2 weeks)
• Limited submissions (max 3 candidates)
