Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a Labor & Delivery unit, adhering to antepartum and intrapartum protocols.
• Float between units as required while maintaining patient care standards and documentation.
• Manage laboring patients including VBAC/TOLAC and induction/augmentation procedures.
• Coordinate care for high-risk pregnancies including pre-eclampsia and diabetes management.
• Handle maternal emergencies with expertise, following established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a Level II Trauma Center.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license; compact license preferable and must be in hand prior to submission.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in a Labor & Delivery setting is required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed.
• Experience in acute care high-risk labor and delivery scenarios.
• Professional references required, preferably from Charge RNs or Leads within the last 3 years.
