Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for laboring mothers and newborns, ensuring safe delivery experiences.
• Monitor and manage high-risk obstetric patients, coordinating with specialists for necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and interventions, following established protocols and patient care guidelines.
• Utilize electronic medical records for documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient needs and optimize outcomes.
• Participate in perinatal safety initiatives and evidence-based practice improvements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with experience in labor and delivery.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and advanced fetal monitoring required.
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR and fetal monitoring systems preferred.
• Strong clinical skills with ability to handle complex obstetric emergencies.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and teamwork.
