Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required; 3 years preferred
- Labor & Postpartum experience is a hard requirement
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Active California RN license required at submission
- Epic experience required
- BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Intermediate required
- AWHONN Advanced preferred
- Strong experience with:
- Labor & Delivery management
- High-risk and low-risk deliveries
- Fetal monitoring and abnormal FHR recognition
- C-section circulation
- Vaginal deliveries and recovery
- Postpartum care
- Neonatal resuscitation
- Magnesium Sulfate, Pitocin and other L&D medications
- Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, HELLP, hemorrhage and other high-risk conditions
- Epidural, general anesthesia and pain management
