Responsibilities

• Track and achieve daily productivity targets in labor and delivery tasks.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe and compliant care delivery.

• Meet and exceed individual targets while maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure on-site safety protocols and patient privacy are upheld at all times.

• Coordinate on-site labor and delivery activities to ensure timely patient support.

• Maintain accurate activity logs to support pipeline and milestone visibility.

• Demonstrate continuous learning by adopting best practices and seeking feedback.

• Utilize pipeline data to forecast potential opportunities and plan workload.

• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency in delivery-related tasks.

• Participate in regular performance reviews and merit-based advancement discussions.

• Support team members to achieve collective goals while owning personal success.

• Represent the company professionally in the Bakersfield, CA community and facilities.

Experience/Qualifications

• Strong track record of meeting daily productivity targets in clinical or delivery tasks.

• Commitment to patient privacy, safety protocols, and HIPAA-compliant practices.

• Experience coordinating on-site activities with healthcare teams to ensure timely patient support.

• Accurate logging of activity data to support pipeline visibility and milestones.

• Ability to forecast workload using pipeline data and forecast potential opportunities.

• Excellent on-site safety awareness and incident prevention in a healthcare setting.

• Strong initiative for continuous learning and adoption of best practices.

• Process improvement mindset with experience identifying efficiency gains.
