Job Details:

  • Location: San Luis Obispo, California
  • Schedule: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts, 1800 0630, with no set schedule or rotating shifts. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience; Masters Degree preferred; five years of technical experience preferred; at least two years of supervisor experience required; licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or ARC-ALS); AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS) (or ARC-BLS); AHA-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (or ARC-NALS); Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification, CPR certification or BLS from an approved vendor.
  • Additional Information: This role entails providing unit-based leadership, supervising staff, managing patient care activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Must have at least 2 years of supervisor experience, charge nurse experience, and relevant certifications completed within the past two years. No call required.
