Description:LICENSE MUST BE IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMITTAL Hospital: Portsmouth Regional Hospital Location: Portsmouth, NH Address:333 Borthwick Ave Unit Name: Family Services Building: Cost Center: 70701 General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 19 Patient Ratios : L&D 1-2:1, PP 3:1 Gyn/Pedi 3-4:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Nurses and UC, Manager & Director Type of equipment : EFM, beds, pumps, etc Documentation system: Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect Scheduling requirements: 3- 12hr shifts Floating policy: Float to other units as helping hands, sitter or virtual Patient Experience requirements: Hospital Specifics- Certifications: NRP, C-EFM, BLS Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: LDRP Nursery/NICU a plus Must have: L&D experience and PP Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: Versions, Circumcisions, C-sections, Certifications Required: NRP, C-EFM, BLS Optional: STABLE and PALS Dress Code: (Required uniform) Unit Scrubs provided Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
