Job Summary Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor and Delivery (L&D) is sought for a facility located in Lebanon, Kentucky. This position involves providing comprehensive obstetric, gynecological, and neonatal care during night shifts. The RN will serve a diverse patient population in a 9-bed obstetrics unit, ensuring quality care aligned with clinical standards and patient needs.
Job Details:
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: RN licensure and certification in BLS, ACLS, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE; 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery; located in Kentucky or willing to commute; current certifications must be obtained prior to start date.
Preferred Qualifications: Post-partum and Level 1 Newborn nursery experience.

Additional Information:
The RN will serve as the primary Labor and Delivery nurse during nights, demonstrating independence in patient care.
Float requirement: To assist on other units during high volume or low census periods on Labor and Delivery.
Dress code: Professional scrubs in any color, avoiding casual wear, T-shirts without nursing themes, and blue jeans.
