Job Summary Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse in the local area. This role involves providing specialized care to expectant mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods. The position requires a qualified RN licensed nurse with relevant certifications and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
Job Details
Certifications: BLS Certification (Basic Life Support), Registered Nurse License (RN LICENSE), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required for L/D and NICU nurses. Certification in Fetal Monitoring through National Credential Center or through AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced) for L&D RN's.
Education Requirements: Valid RN license and applicable certifications.
Location Requirements: Candidate must be able to work in the designated geographic area.
Years of Experience: 1 year of clinical experience required.
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting on 11/10/2026 and ending on 02/08/2027.
Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care during labor and delivery, monitoring fetal heart rate, and providing postpartum support. Submission of a professional resume is required for consideration.
