Job Summary: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position available in a pediatric trauma center. This role involves providing specialized care in the Labor and Delivery Department, with responsibilities encompassing high-risk obstetrics, neonatal resuscitation, and delivery assistance. The position requires a minimum of two years of Labor and Delivery experience and offers a good opportunity to work within a well-equipped facility serving adolescents and adults.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting from 10/05/2026 to 01/04/2027.
Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of Labor and Delivery (L&D) nursing experience; current ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate*, BLS, and NRP certifications; valid active license (compact license accepted).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic charting system, charge nurse experience, and previous work in high-acuity obstetrics settings.
Responsibilities include: Administration of blood and blood products, high-risk delivery assistance, fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation, managing postpartum hemorrhage, and performing sterile vaginal exams.
Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work weekend shifts; flexibility for holiday coverage is required. Candidates must have at least 1 year of recent experience. Must respond to candidate questionnaires regarding previous employment at Providence facilities and provide two references covering at least one year within the last three years.
