The assigned shift is overnight, with scheduled hours of 12 per shift, and a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position begins on August 16, 2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); experience in labor and delivery settings; minimum of 0 years of experience; located in or willing to work in Anderson, Indiana.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications or experience in fetal monitoring or trauma nursing are preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The facility functions as a 10-bed labor, delivery, postpartum (L&D) unit with an Level I nursery, performing approximately 30 births per month. The unit team handles cesarean sections, and the facility emphasizes a strong focus on maternal and neonatal care.
