Labor and Delivery Nurse - Rochester, Michigan. This role involves providing leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care within the labor and delivery department. The Nurse utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential. The Nurse will participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure the implementation of such solutions.
