Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases.
• Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in planning safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
• Delegate patient care priorities appropriately.
• Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Prior travel nurse experience is preferred.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, Fetal Monitoring.
• Ability to wear Navy scrubs.
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills.
